L'esprit a tendance \u00e0 s'\u00e9garer, parfois vers le pass\u00e9 ou le futur, nous \u00e9loignant ainsi du moment pr\u00e9sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une r\u00e9gulation efficace des conflits n\u00e9cessite de pr\u00eater attention au pr\u00e9sent. Dans le webinaire IM Campus dont le lien figure ci-dessous, le Dr Ran Kuttner d\u00e9compose le concept de pleine conscience et la mani\u00e8re dont il est li\u00e9 \u00e0 une intervention efficace en cas de conflit. Leonard Riskin dans&nbsp;<em>La pleine conscience : Formation de base pour le r\u00e8glement des litiges&nbsp;<\/em>la d\u00e9crit comme une strat\u00e9gie syst\u00e9matique d'attention et d'investigation de son propre esprit, cultiv\u00e9e par la m\u00e9ditation puis d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e dans la vie r\u00e9elle. Pratiquer la pleine conscience implique d'\u00eatre d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment attentif au moment pr\u00e9sent et de prendre conscience de nos processus physiques, mentaux et \u00e9motionnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pratiquer la pleine conscience pendant la r\u00e9solution de conflits<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si un m\u00e9diateur n'est pas attentif au processus de r\u00e9solution des conflits, il risque de ne pas acqu\u00e9rir suffisamment d'informations sur le conflit actuel aupr\u00e8s des parties. Il est \u00e9galement fort probable que le m\u00e9diateur s'appuie sur certaines hypoth\u00e8ses profondes bas\u00e9es sur de vieilles habitudes, des pratiques ethniques et des croyances personnelles plut\u00f4t que de laisser les circonstances actuelles guider le processus. La pratique de la pleine conscience nous am\u00e8ne \u00e0 sortir de notre \u00e9gocentrisme et \u00e0 comprendre les autres d'une mani\u00e8re plus compatissante et sans jugement. C'est un outil puissant que les m\u00e9diateurs doivent poss\u00e9der pendant le processus de r\u00e9solution des conflits.
