Wathek Maghrebi is a lawyer mediator at the Tunisian and Paris Bar. Mediator since 2006, he was approved by the Belgium Federal Mediation Commission in 2007. Member of the scientific council of the bar of Tunisia as well as of the center of arbitration and conciliation of Tunis. He served as Secretary General of the Mediation Commission of the International Union of Lawyers in 2009

Since 2012, he has participated in the initiation of Tunisian lawyers to mediation.

He also participated in the training of Tunisian lawyers in mediation as part of the PARJ II Justice Reform Support Program supervised by the European Union.

Since 2014 he has been a trainer at the ISPA School of the Profession of Lawyer

In 2020, he participated in the initiation of directors supported by the ministries of the Republic of Tunisia to mediation with the National School of Administration.

Within the framework of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), he participated in the initiation of the presidents of Tunisian universities to mediation.
