Trends in Jamaica moved to include pre-trial & online mediation with nuanced standards of practice. IMC’s response is its international online training, live online & self-paced courses. The training combined convenience, cost-savings & adaptability with technology to practice effectively globally.

I was initially doubtful of using an online platform for a mediator training as I was not sure how we could practice the taught skills throughout the course in this manner. However, this was not the case at all, IMC’s international training worked so well!
