This webinar,is a follow-up of the webinar “Artsbased, creative methods in mediation” I am introducing artsbased processes as a means to establish mediation relationships, to overcome emotional impasses and to bring to the surface what cannot be talked about initially.

We discuss the design of these processes – what to do and how to do it – , the operational implementation – when and under which framing – and the anticipated outcome. And we experience them in the doing. Please come join us in this experiential webinar.

In this webinar, I am introducing the use of artsbased processes in mediation as a means to positively influence the negotiation process. Because language and words have a limit in transporting knowledge, working with the arts adds another dimension to mediation by supporting an open atmosphere and making difficult topics tangible without escalating confrontation. In this webinar, I will present examples of art making in mediation and its effects and demonstrate, how a mediation process is enhanced by non-linear processes that go beyond words.
